KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) reported 453 new positive Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, the biggest daily jump in 11 months.
The ministry in a statement said 3,062 people underwent tests since Saturday and the virus was detected in 453 people, pushing the overall tally to 64,575.
It said 116 cases were detected in Kabul, 71 in Kandahar, 50 in Jawzjan, 37 in Nangarhar, 37 in Logar, 29 in Balk, 21 in MaidanWardak, 19 in Paktia, 16 in Kunduz, 12 in Herat, 9 in Lghman, 8 in Panjsher, 7 in Parwan, 5 in Farah, 4 . . .
