KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Thursday said 505 people tested positive for Covid-19 across the country in the last 24 hours – the highest figure since the outbreak.
The ministry in a statement said 5,559 people underwent tests since Saturday and the virus was detected in 505 people, pushing the overall tally to 65,080.
It said 122 cases were detected in Kabul, 87 in Kandahar, 49 in Balkh, 45 in Nangarhar, 25 in Miadan Wardak, 23 in Logar, 19 in Helmand, 17 in Ghor, 15 in Kunduz, 14 in Farah, 13 in Paktika, 12 . . .
