HERAT (Pajhwok): Aimed at expanding bilateral trade and relations, a two-day meeting between Afghan and Turkmen officials began in western Herat province on Saturday
The Afghanistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in a statement said Foreign Minister HanifAtmar, leading a high-level government delegation, arrived in Herat to attend the joint meeting.
