KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 10 people suffered casualties as a result of a traffic accident in Kabul on Thursday, officials said.
Police spokesman Basir Mujahid told Pajhwok Afghan News the collision happened in Ahmad Shah Baba Mina in Kabul’s 12th police district.
He said a passenger van collided with two rickshaws, killing three people and wounding seven others. The van driver was arrested and police have launched an investigation.
Kabul residents have long been complaining about passenger van drivers’ rash driving and violations of traffic rules and regulations.
