KABUL (Pajhwok): At least 1,384 new Covid-19 cases and 92 deaths from the virus have been recorded in Afghanistan in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Public Health said on Saturday.
The ministry said 4,389 tests were conducted across the country in the past 24 hours and the virus was detected in 1,384 people, taking Afghanistan’s overall tally to 101,906.
Of the fresh cases, 314 were recorded in Kabul, 186 in Kapisa, 106 in Takhar, 90 in Balkh, 86 in Faryab, 77 in Nangarhar, 72 in MaidanWardak, 56 in Kunduz, 50 in Logar . . .
