JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Assuring his full support, President Ashraf Ghani on Thursday instructed officials to improve security situation in eastern provinces and thwart enemy conspiracies.
President Ghani, who arrived in eastern Nangarhar province in the morning, visited the Selab Corps headquarters to assess security situation in eastern provinces.
Accompanied by a high level delegation, the president Ashraf Ghani as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces assessed the general and security situation in greater Nangarhar, a statement from the Presidential Palace said.
