KABUL (Pajhwok): The Taliban’s Cultural Commission head said on Monday the new government could be a caretaker set-up, with several countries pledging humanitarian aid to Afghanistan.
Addressing a press conference here, Zabihullah Mujahid said the new government would probably be a caretaker system, capable of enforcing reforms, changes and other taking other fundamental steps.
