KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan recorded 126 new coronavirus cases and two deaths in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said on Thursday.
Ghazni province recorded the highest number 91 coronavirus cases, Herat 14, Ghazni six, Zabul, Kandahar, Nangarhar and Helmand three each. The total number of coronavirus patients reached 154,487 in the country.
Two people have died from the virus in the past 24 hours taking the total number of fatalities to 7,186.
