KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan on Tuesday recorded 44 coronavirus cases and one death in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
Nearly 200 people went through coronavirus test during the period in which 44 were positive taking the total number of patients in the country to 154,756.
Zabul registered 14 positive cases, Kandahar 12, Herat eight, Nangarhar and Badakhshan four each, and Bamyan two cases.
Over 200 patients rehabilitated from Covid-19 virus that brings the total number of recovered persons to 122,754 nationwide.
