KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan recorded 31 new coronavirus cases and four deaths in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) said on Thursday.
Six people tested positive in Zabul, five in Paktiak, four each in Kandahar, Nangarhar, three in Badghis, two each in Ghor, Paktia, Badakhshan and Paktia and one in Kabul province.
The total number of positive cases in Afghanistan reached 123,497 since the outbreak of Covid-19 virus. With four new deaths total 7,198 fatalities caused by the virus.
