KABUL (Pajhwok): Some people were killed and injured in a bomb blast close to Eidgah Mosque in capital Kabul when the fateha prayer of Taliban Assistant Information Minister Zabihullah Mujahid was being offered.
On his twitter account Mujahid wrote: “This afternoon a blast took place close to the door of Eidgah Mosque on a publish gathering leaving some people killed and injured unfortunately.”
Ahmad Zubair, the resident of locality, said blast heard this afternoon at around 4:00pm close to Eidgah mosque.
Eyewitnesses said more than six injured had been evacuated to Jamhoriat Hospital from the site of the blast . . .
