PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Salang Pass has been closed for all kind of traffic after snowfall, an official said on Friday.
Salang Pass Protection Authority Head Qazi Abdullah Obaid told Pajhwok Afghan News snowfall at Salang Pass underway from Thursday night due to which the road has been closed for all type of traffic on Friday.
He said the snow continued falling and workers would start clearing the roads once the snowfall stops.
He urged drivers and passengers to avoid traveling until the road is reopened.
