KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting foreign minister Amir Khan Mutaqi has said Afghanistan has a ruling system after 40 years and the new caretaker government has met all the conditions for its recognition.
A statement from the Ministry of Information and Culture said that Acting Foreign Minister Maulvi Amir Khan Mutaqi and his delegation met with ambassadors and special envoys of 14 European countries in Doha last evening.
Initially, the foreign minister spoke about the new Islamic government, security, relations with the international community, the economic situation, sanctions on Afghanistan and the elimination of corruption.
