KABUL (Pajhwok): A number of patients claim some of Rabia Balkhi Hospital staffers fleece them on various pretexts. Hospital officials, however, reject the allegation as baseless.
Rabia Balkhi Hospital is one of the most popular maternity homes in Kabul, which receives patients from all over the country.
But some patients complain about the hospital staff's behaviour, saying they are charged even for entering and leaving the hospital.
Habibullah, a resident of Kabul who had brought his wife to the hospital, told Pajhwok Afghan News some of its staffers sought money from them in the name of “sweetts”.
