KABUL (Pajhwok): The caretaker government of Afghanistan has appointed officials for the High Cassation Department and its subordinate courts in the southwestern zone of the country.
According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Information and Culture, the newly appointed officials are following:
Shaykh al-Hadith andTafsirMualviSardar Mohammad as deputy chief justice and general head of High Cassation Court.
Criminal Court:
Mulavi Abdul RahmanFarahi as head ofCriminal Court.
MulaviMahmood as Mufti of Criminal Court.
Mulavi Mohammad Akbar as the reporter of Criminal Court.
