KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Interior (MoI) on Sunday said that two security personnel had been arrested in connection with the killing of a young man and their cases handed over to a court.
Qari Saeed Khosti, a spokesman for the MoI, said security forces opened fire on a young man named Faisal during search operation in the Quwa-i-Markaz area in limits of 2nd police district on Saturday night.
He said Faisal was first injured but later succumbed to his wounds in hospital.
