JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Acting Army Chief Qari Fasihuddin has said the Taliban were committed to cordial neighbouring relationship but in the case of aggression they will not stay silent.

He expressed the view during his trip to the Lalpuri district of eastern Nangarhar province and observed the readiness of security personnel.

Few days back, intelligence personnel in the Palosai locality of Lalpuri district stopped Pakistani forces from the installation of fencing and took all fencing related equipment with themselves.

After the incident Nangarhar Governor order Afghanistan forces to stay on high alert and respond any kind of aggression on Afghanistan’s soil.
