The Administrative Affairs Office said the cabinet also gave the go-ahead to a new police uniform with a minor change.
Practical work on the multi-billion-dollar railway line, connecting Tashkent, Mazar-i-Sharif and Peshawar, should be initiated soon, the cabinet said.
