FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): All those injured in a rockslide incident in western Ghor province have been shifted to the provincial capital, Ferozkoh, for treatment, an official said on Thursday.
Two days ago, a teenage girl was killed and five others injured as a result of a rockslide in Ghor. As a mountain slipped, a huge rock struck a civilian home close to Jam Minaret in Baidan Valley.
Maulvi AbdulhaiZahim, director of information and culture, told Pajhwok: “Public health and natural disaster teams visited the area and transferred the injured for better treatment to Ferozkoh City.
He said the affected family might receive financial assistance from government and donor agencies.
