KABUL (Pajhwok): The European Union diplomatic mission has resumed work in Afghanistan, an official has said.
Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said the EU in Afghanistan officially opened its embassy with a permanent presence in Kabul.
