KABUL (Pajhwok): The Turkmenistan ambassador on Monday met Afghan officials and stressed the implementation of bilateral energy agreements.
Inamullah Samangani, deputy spokesman for the government, tweeted Minister of Water and Energy and Hafez Mohammad Amin, director of Da Afghanistan Breshna Shirkat, met Murad Artekov, Turkmenistan’s International Energy Projects Officer and ambassador in Kabul.
The projects of Noor Jihad substation, extending the Karki-Andkhoi transmission line to Kabul and increased electricity export to Afghanistan were discussed at the meeting, Samangani wrote.
