KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Public Works on Wednesday said the Kabul-Jalalabad highway has been reopened after five hours of closure.
The highway was blocked on Tuesday afternoon in Sarobi district, due to an operation aimed to prevent rockslides.
Maulvi Hamidullah Misbah, a spokesman for the MoPW, told Pajhwok Afghan News the busy road had been reopened for traffic.
