KABUL (Pajhwok): Security forces will no longer be allowed to enter recreational parks with weapons, uniforms and vehicles in accordance with a Cabinet decision.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the government’s spokesman, tweeted that the security forces were obliged to respect rules and regulations concerning parks.
