HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Three alleged magicians who deceived common people over the years have been arrested in western Herat province, an official said on Monday.
Police spokesman Mahmood Rasouli told Pajhwok Afghan News security personnel had the three-member group of magicians.
“They have been hoodwinking the commoners by posing as illusionists. They were arrested on the basis of a tip-off,” he said.
Rasouli added the detainees had confessed to duping the masses and their cases had been referred to judicial organs.
