KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has banned loud horns and speed driving of military vehicles in urban areas, according to a statement on Monday.
“Speed driving and loud horns in the cities hampered the spiritual health of people, the MoI directs security forces to refrain from such activities otherwise they will be dealt according to the law,” reads a statement from the MoI.
It also directed ambulances drivers to refrain from horn when it did not carry patients.
