KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Vice and Virtue says days for women’s visits to recreational parks will be specified.
In a statement on Sunday, the ministry said Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays would be specified for women’s visits to amusement parks.
Men would visit parks on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, the ministry said, asking women visiting recreational parks to observe Islamic hijab. Violators would be dealt with in line with the law, it warned.
The statement explained under a cabinet decision, uniformed military personnel were not allowed to enter recreational parks with weapons.
