KABUL (Pajhwok): Russia has warned Sweden and Finland against joining NATO, a US –led military alliance of North Atlantic and European nations, according to a media report on Friday.
Russia would deploy nuclear weapons and hypersonic missiles in an exclave in the heart of Europe, one of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s closest allies has warned.
Finland, which shares a 1,300km (810-mile) border with Russia, and Sweden are considering joining the NATO alliance.
