KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan has slammed an Israeli attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque compounded on Palestinians, urging the international community to stop this cruelty as soon as possible.
Israeli forces raided the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied East Jerusalem, with medics reporting at least 158 Palestinians were injured in the ensuing violence as hundreds were detained.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said: “The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns the attack on Palestinians in Al-Aqsa Mosque.”
The government of Afghanistan called on the global fraternity, especially the Islamic countries, to take practical steps to stop Israeli atrocities . . .
