SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): Residents of Sar-i-Pul City, the capital of central Sar-i-Pul province, have complained of crude oil and coal transportation by heavy vehicles using Shahra No.1.
They asked the government to stop heavy vehicles carrying crude oil and coal from traveling Shahra No.1 to protect the road from destruction.
Meanwhile, public works officials said the issue had been shared with officials at the centre who ensured the road would not be damaged.
