KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting Prime Minister Mullah Hassan Akhund has asked the international community to honour their pledges and refrain from interfering in Afghanistan internal matters.
Mullah Hassan expressed the view while addressing Eid-ul-Ftir congregation on Sunday morning. Deputy prime ministers, cabinet members and other key officials were present on the occasion.
Referring to the overall situation in the country, he said Afghan acting government did not intend to interfere in the internal matters of any country.
He blamed past 20 years administrators for current economic hardship and added Islamic Emirate was an inclusive movement following divine principles and committed to human rights and other human values.
He prayed for the well-being and welfare of the people of Afghanistan and the entire nation and said Allah through his blessing resolved the problems of drought and other issues.
Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar during his address stress their opponents could not reach their goals through military means, adding the Islamic Emirate was fully ready and committed to the security and prosperity of the country.
