PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): A number of bridges on the Kabul-Gardez highway have been destroyed by explosives during past conflict, creating problems for drivers and leading to frequent traffic accidents.
Drivers using this routewant the acting government to take steps for the reconstruction of bridges on this key route.
Syed Ahmad, one of the drives, told Pajhwok Afghan News some parts and bridges of the Kabul-Gardez road had been destroyed during the war.
This caused several problems for the drivers and passengers, harmed vehicles and caused traffic accidents, he added.
