KABUL (Pajhwok): A summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (SCO-RATS) started in New Delhi on Monday.
Delegates from China, Pakistan and Russia are attending the event, which would continue until May 19, said a media report
ANI reported the agenda for the SCO summit included the formation of a broad-based government in Afghanistan and humanitarian crisis there.
In November last year, New Delhi hosted a Regional Security Dialogue on Afghanistan.
National security advisors from Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan had attended the dialogue.
Participants of the ongoing meeting will discuss anti-terror measures under the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) and the security situation in Afghanistan.
