KABUL (Pajhwok): The Prime Minister’s Office Economic Aide Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar has stressed Afghanistan was the home of all Afghans and the Islamic Emirate never wanted the monopoly of power, a statement said on Saturday.
Mullah Beradar said this during a meeting with Shia ulema and some tribal elders here.
Syed Hassan Fazel, on the representation of visiting delegation, said: “We always supported the Islamic Emirate and we call all efforts hitched for the weakening of the Islamic system as unlawful.”
He said ulem had worked for peace and halt conflict and insecurity in areas where Shia people had been living.
On his part Mullah Beradar said Afghanistan was a shared home of all Afghans and its construction was the responsibility of every Afghan.
“The Islamic Emirate stance is clear, we don’t want a monopoly of power, the Islamci Emirate door is opened for everyone, every individuals who want to serve Afghanistan and its people we welcome them,” he said.
He said prosperity and economic development was government's top priority, adding that government will improve the economic situation in its short-term planning and then would strive to generate jobs for people.
