PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen shot dead an individual in the Charkh district of central Logar province, residents said.
Habibullah, a resident of the district, told Pajhwok Afghan News unknown armed men gunned down Sayed Rahman Tawhidi in Dabar area of the district on Wednesday evening.
He added the slain man had no personal enmity with anyone.
Provincial police spokesman Ahmadullah Anas confirmed the murder to Pajhwok, which he blamed on personal enmity.
He added that security forces had reached the area and had launched an investigation.
