7 people injured in separate Helmand clashes incidents

LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): Seven people have been injured as a result of separate violent incidents in southern Helmand province, an official said on Sunday.

Information and Culture Affairs Director Mawlavi Muhammad Qasim Riyaz said: “Seven people were injured as a result of clash over water dispute in Nad Ali district, sixth and third Police Districts of Lashkargah City on Saturday.”

He said the two injured were in critical condition, adding that security forces have arrested some of the perpetrators.
