KUNDUZ CITY/FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): One child was wounded in a bomb blast in Faizabad, the capital of northeastern Badakhshan province, on Sunday, an official said.
Badakhshan Information Department Director Maazuddin Ahmadi said: “A roadside blast hit security forces vehicle in the Kori area of Faizabad City.”
Ahmad Bahram, the resident of locality, said a passerby child was wounded in the blast while windowpane of the vehicle broken into pieced due to the intensity of the blast.
Separately, a blast took place in the third Police District of Kunduz City, the capital of northern Kunduz province on Sunday morning.
