KABUL (Pajhwok): The international programme director at Save the Children called on the deputy foreign minister in Kabul.
Nora Ingdal and the delegation led by her met Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai at the Storai Place in Kabul.
Nora briefed Stanikzai on the programme undertaken by Save the Children in Afghanistan. She said the NGO had been working without political considerations in areas of education, health, food, security and child protection for the last 45 years.
She hailed the better security environment in the country, acknowledging they were able to approach needy children without any concern.
