TALOQAN (Pajhwok): A 17-year-old girl accidently shot herself while taking a selfie picture with a loaded pistol, security officials said on Sunday.
Police Spokesperson Abdul Mobin Safi confirmed to Pajhwok Afghan News the girl allegedly accidently pulled the trigger and shot herself while posing for a selfie on Saturday.
Mobin added initially the girl shot herself injured but succumbed to her wounds on the way to hospital.
Separately, a man was arrested for alleged sexual harassing a woman in the second district of Taloqan city.
Security personnel have launched their investigations about the incident.
