TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): The fate of 55 half-completed development projects under the Public Partnership Programme (PPP) in central Uruzgan province remains uncertain, an official said on Tuesday.
The programme was being implemented in coordination with village councils smoothly. But it suffered a setback after the regime change in August last year and is now under threat of being rolled back.
Eng. Amir Khan, provincial head of PPP, told Pajhwok Afghan News 180 drinking water projects, 95 school buildings and provision of food to 12,000 families were underway in Uruzgan province.
