KABUL (Pajhwok): Reacting to the killing of Al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri in Kabul in a US drone attack, China has said there should be no ‘double standards’ in the fight against terrorism and the fight should be against all forms of terror.
On Tuesday night, US President Joe Biden said that Ayman Al-Zawahiri was killed in a US drone strike in the Sherpur area of Kabul.
Without commenting on Al-Zawahiri’s killing, the caretaker government confirmed the US drone strike in Kabul and called it a violation of the Doha agreement.
