TALOQAN (Pajhwok): Relatives of patients in northern Takhar province complain about the lack of medicine and staff at the main provincial hospital in Taloqan.
According to them, they have brought their patients to the public hospital due to financial issues. They are asked by the hospital administration to purchase medicines from the market.
