KABUL (Pajhwok): The Economic Commission has allowed private banks to offer Islamic loans in accordance with the procedure of the central bank (DAB) and asked courts to provide land and property legal ownership documents to their owners.
The commission also allowed relevant administrations to begin the surveys of Sultan Ibrahim valley dam, Sheraba dam and Sar-i-Pul city ring road projects.
In a statement, the Economic Commission said its head Mawlavi Abdul Ghani Bradar and Minister of Mines and Petroleum MawlaviShahaduddinDelawar had been assigned as representatives of the Islamic Emirate to the TAPI (Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India) gas pipeline . . .
