QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): A young man has been killed by his wife in the Aab-i- Kamari district of western Badghis province, a police official said on Wednesday.
However, the accused woman said during investigation that she had murdered her husband mistakenly.
Ishaq Saddam, the district police chief, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the victim -- 22-year-old Mohammad Idrees -- hailed from the Zemataha village of the district and was serving as a security official under the Islamic Emirate.
