MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): Security personnel have shut down 7 fraud urea production factories in northern Balkh province and arrested nine people in this connection, an official said on Thursday.
Information and Cultural Affairs Director Mawlavi Zabihullah Noorani, the director of information and culture told Pajhwok Afghan News that the Intelligence personnel have arrested nine individuals who were running seven fraud urea production factories.
Security personnel have also confiscated 5,000 bags fraud urea which was made from soil, gypsum and sulfur, Noorani said.
The arrested persons have been referred to judicial organs, he added.
