MAIMANA (Pajhwok): Health officials say positive Covid-19 cases have increased in northern Faryab province because most residents do not take the disease seriously.
Dr. Mohammad Zaman Azimi, director of Covid-19 hospital, expressed grave concern about the shortage of staff and limited services at the hospital and said positive cases had increased as they recorded 10 to 15 positive cases daily.
Dr. Azimi said during the previous government, the Covid-19 hospital had 40 beds and 160 staff and in 13 districts two-member vaccination teams had been on duty and the diagnosis center had been operating in Andkhoi . . .
