KABUL (Pajhwok): The United States has traded barbs with Russia and China at a meeting of the UN Security Council over assistance to Afghanistan.
Russian Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia, speaking the session called by his country, hit out at what he called the "ignominious 20-year campaign" of the US and its NATO allies in Afghanistan.
