MEHTARLAM (Pajhwok): At least 67 people have been arrested in connection with various criminal activities in eastern Laghman province last month, police said on Saturday.
Police chief Younis Yousafzai in a statement said 67 people were arrested in connection with different crimes last month.
The statement said the detained individuals were accused of murder, robbery, people’s harassment and maltreatment and were referred to judicial organs.
