KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Urban Development and Land and the Kabul City Municipality have agreed to form a joint committee to prevent the construction of illegal townships and resolve urban related issues in capital Kabul, according to a statement on Sunday.
This was decided during a meeting between acting Urban Development Minister Mawlavi Hamdullah Numani and Kabul City Mayor Mawlavi Abdul Rashid on Saturday.
They exchanged views on the irregularities in the construction of township and issues related to residential areas.
