PARAKH (Pajhwok): Local officials in central Panjsher province have stressed coordination among relevant state organs, asking internally displaced people (IDPs) to return to their own areas and live there a peaceful life.
The governor’s spokesperson, Abu Bakar Sediq, told Pajhwok Afghan News on Tuesday the security situation was discussed at a meeting, attended by senior officials.
Chaired by Governor Maulvi Mohammad Mohsin Hashimi, the meeting was attended by Deputy Governor Shah Malang Roohullah.
Police chief Mullah Mohammad Tayeb Haqqani, Commander Maulvi Musafir, security head Qari Mohammad Naeem and Intelligence Director Mufti Fazel Hadi were also in attendance.
