KABUL (Pajhwok): A Turkish welfare organisation will construct religious schools at a cost of $125,000 in five different provinces of Afghanistan, the Ministry of Education (MoE) said on Saturday.
An agreement to the effect was inked between Education Minister Habibullah Agha and Sheikh Mohammad Toran, director of AIDF.
Each madrasa would have four classrooms, a mosque, water point, toilets and a boundary wall and other facilities, a statement from the ministry said.
